Expanding 4 office firm with an open and friendly culture and a vibrant work ethic is looking for an Associate Partner to join their South West London Commercial Property Team. The purpose of the role is to support and participate in the successful growth of this highly rated and integrated commercial property team.
KEY QUALITIES
The successful candidate will:
be a solicitor with 7 - 10 years PQE
be a team player with a following, and a track record in successfully generating commercial property and other legal business.
possibly be a partner or a rising associate in their current firm.
be a willing speaker at seminars etc,
have an interest in property development, investment property, and property finance
have commitment and relationship building skills, and, in anticipation of the growth of our London-based team, excellent supervision skills.
