AGRICULTURAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - BATH
Expanding 4 office firm with an open and friendly culture and a vibrant work ethic is looking for an Agricultural Litigation Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE to deal with agricultural-related litigation, particularly contractual disputes, disputes with DEFRA /RPA, environmental law, Agricultural Holdings and issues involving access to land.
The team deals with:
Conducting group actions, as well as complex partnership/company disputes and professional negligence claims.
Environmental law issues, such as pollution, statutory nuisances, waste and Environmental Impact Assessment cases.
Defending against animal welfare, trading standards and health and safety prosecutions. Agricultural Holdings issues, including security of tenure, succession and arbitrations.
Common law and statutory property claims, including breach of covenants, injunctions, removal of trespassers and boundary disputes
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prefer agricultural experience, but will accept someone with good commercial or civil litigation experience wishing to specialise in agricultural litigation.
