Manchester office of this large successful commercial law firm looking for a Corporate Solicitor due to impending maternity leave to join the ten Partner team. The successful candidate will be involved with a range of corporate transactions, including takeovers, fundraising, private equity, corporate tax and shareholder agreements; acquisition and disposals of all types of businesses, including un-incorporated businesses, privately owned businesses, limited companies, charities, LLP's and franchises.
Candidates must be an existing Corporate Solicitor, experienced in managing a caseload of files, with excellent technical skills gained within a mainstream corporate department and be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achievement. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential as is a keen eye for detail. It is envisaged the successful candidate will possess at least 3-4 years PQE, however applications will be considered from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the neceesary skills for the role. |
