Job Description :

A specialist RTA claims law firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor/Fee Earner within personal injury/RTA, to work as Supervisor to their Court Team. The department is made up of 2 newly qualified solicitors and 2 who are currently on training contracts, 2 Fee Earners with several years experience and 1 more junior member of staff. You will be expected to report only to the M.D. and Partner with any issues, whilst handling a case load and assisting where possible.

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 3 year's post qualified experience (PQE); however, we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of pre and post litigated files, including fast track and multi-track cases and will be expected to advise the team on matters relating to all the above. Relieving the Partner of a portion of their workload, as well as being actively involved in managing files.
