Job Description :

This prestigious international law firm are looking to recruit 2 Construction Solicitors for their Manchester office. The role will involve advising on the formation, negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements as well as providing procurement and tendering advice. In addition, the role will encompass advising on professional appointments and Partnering. PFI/PPP project work will also be involved. The role will also form part of the firm wide Projects and Construction team and successful applicants will benefit from the resources and training within the wider group.

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 2 year's post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Successful candidates must have experience in non-contentious construction work as well as willingness to actively participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
