Job Description :

Experienced Fee Earner(s) is required to join a team working on RTA defendant matters on behalf of a leading insurer team. This position requires an individual who has experience of handling their own caseload of RTA Fast-Track files and has litigation experience so that they can quickly review files, formulate initial strategy and liaise with insured and insurers where necessary. The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files as soon as practically possible, whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed.

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess the relevant experience; however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Candidates must be friendly and supportive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to tasks in hand and able to work on their own initiative.
