Small Claims Track Litigator sought by Manchester city centre legal services company. The role involves managing a litigated case load from commencement of proceedings, through to final hearing, including defendant and personal injury quantum disputes. Duties will also include maintaining a diary on a case load of 200 whilst achieving a very high quality of work, preparing case for heading and briefing Counsel.

Skills (Years Experience) :
