An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor - Head of Employment. This is a role that will involve an equal mix of Respondent and Claimant Employment law, which in turn will entail a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters. There is a substantial amount of work from their Commercial clients waiting for the successful candidate, which at present is being outsourced to other firms. Partnership prospects and the opportunity to develop an Employment team will be offered to the candidate with the right abilities and ambitions.
Skills (Years Experience) : It is vital that the appointed individual has the commercial acumen to attract new sources of work and that they have experience and ability to work unsupervised and handle complex Employment matters. Excellent communication and client handling skills are
