Due to an increase in work, this established private practice based in Manchester. is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an existing of Residential Property team of ten. Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of residential sales and purchase, re-mortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity files and mentoring less experienced members of the team.
Skills (Years Experience) : Candidates will need to be able to handle their own caseload and it would represent a distinct advantage should any candidate be able to bring a following. The work is high quality and requires end to end conveyancing skills, plus the department is comput
