A new opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join an established team, based in Manchester. The role will involve assisting an Equity Partner with their caseload carrying a mixed caseload of files including RTA and mixed PI, including El and PL. Other duties will include attending conferences and taking notes, research, drafting etc. Using the in-house case management IT the files will be handled from instruction through to completion. This is a strong team so the ability to skill share in a very busy environment will be necessary.
Previous experience developed in a Private Practice is essential with a good knowledge of and interest within Personal Injury law. Whilst full support is provided knowledge and experience of computerised case management would be an advantage. Candidates must have a law degree, strong IT skills and need also to demonstrate that they are well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
