This well established Liverpool law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their existing conveyancing team. The role includes managing a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity and handling both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold properties. Responsible for dealing with files from initial instruction to post-completion stage utilising a case management system.

Prospective candidates must have a good grounding in residential conveyancing, have attention to detail, be computer literate and be ale to work on a case management system. The ability to head up a residential property team is also sought. |
