A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a leading law firm within the Manchester area, the main duties involve managing all HR related issues and queries. To provide advice and guidance in the areas of employment law and employee related issues. To co-ordinate the recruitment of lawyers and supervise the HR Assistant. This will include liaising with partners and managers, reviewing CV from the online portal, liaising with recruitment agents and head-hunters, screening candidates and selection interviewing. Role also includes carrying out induction training, analysing and writing management summaries, manage a team of 2 evening Secretaries and to provide HR account management support to one of the firm’s 4 international departments.

Candidates must be educated to degree level and CIPD qualified. The ability to plan and prioritise their work without supervision, whilst also being numberate, with an eye for detail is absolutely paramount. Excellent communication and interpersonal skil |
