Manchester city centre law firm looking for one or two Professional Support Lawyers (PSLs) (two on a job share) part or full time to work in their high profile, nationally recognised Clinical Negligence Department. The post holder will report to a Partner and will probably supervise a small team dealing with incoming new cases. Responsibilities will include assessing and advising on whether new cases should be accepted, as well as performing the usual PSL duties of keeping the department up to date with case law development and offering training where appropriate. The post is ideal for someone who is wanting to step down from the hurly burly of fee earning and has outside commitments to balance.
