A major national law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Dispute Resolution Assistant to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team, based in Liverpool. This department deals with a broad range of contentious cases for both public and private sector clients. Main responsibilities involve handling a varied caseload of Commercial Dispute Resolutions and Commercial Litigation matters, with a good exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation. Duties also include advising clients on techniques of dispute avoidance and management aimed at reducing the risk of disputes escalating to formal litigation, analysing each dispute and agreeing with clients the most appropriate dispute resolution technique, in-order to achieve these aims.
