Renowned national firm require an experienced Fee Earner to strengthen their existing defendant RTA team. The role will involve handling own caseload of motor claims from notification through to either settlement or litigation. This will involve reviewing the circumstances of the claim and making firm decisions on liability. Further dealing with the claim will involve establishing and tracing third party drivers and insurers, dealing with disputed liability to the point of litigation or settlement, and ensuring the clients losses are recovered in relation to vehicle damage repair costs or policy excesses.
